RHPR

From the people I have talked to so far, the will to continue to study and prepare for the rest of the HSC exams seem to be rather low. Ah well...what can we do about that?

A purpose of this post is to rectify the post numbers for October because that '3' sitting there in the archive list, keeps on bugging me, not to mention the '39'. Yes...I'm not a big fan of odd numbers - in these situations they just don't seem to be right, to fit in, to belong etc...

On that train of thought, if you didn't know already, Belonging as an Area of Study topic has been extended out to 2014 until the introduction of the National Curriculum, so all those poor Class of 2013 and 2014 students who were meant to study another "Buzzword" are now stuck with what many English teachers regard as a horrible, tedious topic.

So now you may be thinking, what does the post title mean? And if you weren't already, you now are =) We're getting there. I remember Mr. Ogle told us when teaching us the motor effect in Physics, that a few years ago apparently a student nearly had their paper cancelled in the HSC because the supervisors were unaware of the 'hand rules' to determine forces, such as Fleming's Rule and the Right Hand Palm Rule, and thought he was signalling multiple choice answers to others.

And so, as I was using the Right Hand Palm Rule the other day, I was quite annoyed that the answers in Success One did not agree with my deduction. Now for all you right-handed people using the RHPR, you would know that to use the rule you have to put down your pen first. Being the absent-minded me, I put my pen down and used my LEFT HAND INSTEAD!! And I remember being proud in class when I figured that because I'm left-handed I didn't need to put my pen down to use the rule...-_-"

Hopefully, that doesn't happen on Friday, after which we can really go 'Partying, partying, yeah!"

Anyway, I should better get back to work. Partying needs to wait a bit.
